Registration page does not work

Hello,

I received a report from a user who wish to register that the registration system does not work. Here is the screen capture.

I took a while to report this bug as I was on the impression it was an isolated incident. Yet, I've received another report (May 13th) from someone else saying the same thing. I do not have a screen capture of the second report. Here is the screen capture dated Saturday May 10th 2014(in FR) saying the JQuerry script is "stuck".
